All-inclusive hotels in Romania are attracting a large number of clients, as Romanians opt for domestic vacations over international trips. "We've been to Turkey, but it's not better than our Romania. This is the fourth or fifth time we've come here, and that says it all. It's closer. Much more convenient, we have everything we need, and the food is excellent," says one tourist. Tariffs vary depending on the services offered. For instance, a four-star hotel in Eforie Nord charges a starting price of 1,000 lei per night for two people.

"There are nearly 24,000 all-inclusive accommodation options on the Romanian coast, 28% more than last year. A seven-night stay for a family of three can cost around 1,500 euros," says Mihaela Clima, a hotel manager.

According to data from an online booking platform, Romanians prioritize destination choice over prices when planning their vacations. During the summer, the average cost per night for accommodation, whether at the seaside or in the mountains, starts at 500 lei. The most sought-after destinations in the country include Eforie Nord, Brasov, Mamaia, Sovata, Bucharest, Neptun, Costinesti, and Sibiu. These preferences indicate significant interest in seaside vacations and city breaks. According to the online platform Travelminit.ro, the average cost for a two-night stay for two people on the Romanian coast is 1,004 lei, translating to approximately 500 lei per night. 70% of bookings made on the platform in May are for stays in June and August, the busiest summer months.

"We already have a very high number of bookings for the summer, indicating that Romanians are eagerly awaiting the summer season. Seaside resorts have the highest demand, so we recommend that our tourists make their reservations in advance to secure a spot at their desired accommodations," says Rita Szilveszter, marketing manager of Travelminit.ro.
