Transalpina: Romania's Scenic Mountain Road Reopens on June 1

Transalpina, one of Romania's most breathtaking mountain roads, is set to reopen on June 1, 2024. The Director of CNAIR, Cristian Pistol, announced that the road segment between Rânca and Curpăt will be accessible daily from 08:00 to 18:00. This seasonal reopening follows a thorough inspection by a committee of CNAIR representatives, including those from DRDP Craiova and SDN Târgu Jiu.
